This course contains 8 theory lessons which look at physics, physiology, the environment and equipment. The lessons are held in small groups in Riga, Pleskodales street 1a and are tailored to everyone’s needs specifically.
5 practical lessons in the pool are held in parallel with the theory lessons. We dive into the pool of Natalijas Draudzinas sport center in Riga.
There are 4 diving lessons in open water after the theory. If the seasons permit, we dive into Sloka's pit and we often go abroad.
